Every businesshuman deserves the tools to compete.to achieve.
Data & AI make that possible.

Two decades building products and teams that turn data into decisions, from hotel lobbies to boardrooms, across startups, private equity-backed scale-ups, and public companies.

My pursuit has been singular: how do you take the power of data and AI and make it accessible to everyone, not just the largest players. That journey has taken me from🇮🇳India to 🇲🇺Mauritius, 🇺🇸United States, and 🇨🇭Switzerland, and from a simple belief to a proven thesis: when you open access to insight, you open access to opportunity.

Behind every data point is a person making a decision, and that person deserves the best tools available, regardless of the size of their business.

I am grateful to call Geneva 🇨🇭Switzerland home and a proud citizen of the 🌍World.

    The Spirit of Hospitality

The best businesses are built by people who are maniacal about the details that shape human experiences.

I started my career in luxury hotel operations, learning how hundreds of small decisions come together to create a single memorable moment for another person. That foundation taught me something I have carried into every role since: obsess over the experience, sweat the details others overlook, and never lose sight of the human being on the other end of every product, platform, and decision.

These values are not exclusive to any one industry. They show up wherever teams care deeply about the people they serve and are driven to amplify the human connection in everything they build. I see this as 'foundational framing'.

    Growth & Operations

Growth without operational discipline is just storytelling.

I have built go-to-market engines from scratch in markets where the playbook did not exist yet. P&L ownership from startup to multi-billion dollar revenue environments, M&A pipelines, commercial operations, and teams scaled across three continents.

The work that has taught me the most is scaling through acquisition: unifying brand, process, and culture across organizations that did not choose each other. The lesson is always the same. The intent is 'synergy'. The reality is people navigating uncertainty. Scaling demands as much empathy as operational rigor.

    Applied Data & AI

The best Data & AI products do not replace human judgment. They compress the time to make good decisions.

I have spent years conceptualizing, building, and scaling products that put sophisticated decision-making tools into the hands of businesses that never had access to them before. The conviction behind this work has always been the same: data-driven insights should not be reserved for the largest players.

Making that real requires more than good technology. It requires new talent, new organizational structures, and the patience to invest before the compounding returns become visible. AI is a cultural shift, not a technology initiative.

    Zero to One

"The difficulty lies not so much in developing new ideas as in escaping from old ones."John Maynard Keynes

For over fifteen years, I have been the person who gets the call when something needs to be built from scratch. New businesses. New verticals. Newly created roles with no predecessor and no playbook. The pattern is always the same: step into ambiguity, make decisions with imperfect information, rally a team around a goal they did not know they shared, and figure out what "good" looks like before anyone else has defined it.

This is the work I find most energizing. Incubating a business inside a larger organization. Championing a category that does not yet have a budget line. Mentoring people through the discomfort of not knowing the answer yet. The zero-to-one muscle is not about having a vision and handing it down. It is about creating the conditions where a team discovers the vision together, and then having the conviction to stay the course when the early results are inconclusive.

Every pillar above started as a zero-to-one bet. The thread that connects them is a willingness to build before the market is ready and a belief that the right team, pointed at the right problem, will find the way.

    Finding Inspiration

These five brands have shaped how I think about building products, scaling operations, and earning loyalty. Each reflection is a lesson I carry into my own work.

Why no early-stage or more recently-founded companies? I want to highlight teams that have navigated multiple platform shifts and weathered economic ups and downs. Excellence comes with overcoming adversity. All of these brands are right in the midst of reimagining who they are.

    Delta Air Lines
    Perseverance

Striving to build a premium airline experience at scale while weaving technology into every touchpoint.

The test Delta faces now is whether biometrics, AI, and data-driven personalization can streamline operations without distancing the people who chose the airline because it felt personal.

    Google
    Moonshot

Driving long-term bets in parallel with the core business, even when the end is not in sight. Shout out to Waymo!

The question Google is answering now: Can you disrupt yourself as aggressively as you once disrupted others when AI search takes hold?

    The Walt Disney Company
    Experiential

Obsessing over the details that make every touchpoint, physical and digital, feel intentional and immersive.

Disney’s test right now is staying relevant culturally and balancing the economics of streaming with the magic of storytelling, while a new generation discovers the brand on platforms it does not control.

    Salesforce
    Ohana

Rallying customers, partners, and employees around a shared platform with a genuine community at the center.

The bet Salesforce is making on autonomous AI agents tests whether the Ohana culture holds when the platform shifts from tools to agents. Can Salesforce break free from being characterized as ‘legacy SaaS’?

    Starbucks
    Personable

Maintaining a consistent global voice with a distinct local flair in every interaction.

Starbucks is trying to rediscover and reinvest in the “third place” identity that made it iconic while mobile ordering and efficiency pressures push the in-store experience in the opposite direction.
